Are you somebody who can make a real difference to people’s lives? Here at ABA Therapists we are always looking for passionate people who are interested to work with and support children and young adults with a wide variety of conditions in the home, school and community settings using ABA teaching techniques. You will work on 1-1 programmes, develop, shape and support learning in a natural environment. You will target academics, independence and play skills as outlined by a Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst. You will have access to ongoing training throughout your ABA journey. 

Candidate Requirements

• Must be 18+
• Have some experience in Social & Emotional Mental Health, ADD, Autism Spectrum Condition, Aspergers, ADHD, Global Developmental Delay or general behaviour support experience
• Qualification in Childcare, Psychology, ABA or Mental Health is preferred but not essential as training will be provided

Safeguarding

We prioritise safeguarding to ensure we make safe recruitment decisions. You will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS Check, complete an application form and submit your CV. There is also an interview process and two satisfactory references will be required.
